Crown of Roses

‘The word Rosary means “Crown of Roses” that is to say that every time people say the Rosary devoutly, they place a crown of one hundred and fifty three red roses and sixteen white roses upon the heads of Jesus and Mary. Being heavenly flowers, these roses will never fade or lose their exquisite beauty.’ – St. Louis Marie de Montfort

  1. My mom loved to pray the rosary and she always said that each hail mary was like giving a beautiful rose to Our Lady. Bless my mom she gave millions of roses away and every time I see a yellow rose in particular I think of her . Lovely post thanks for sharing.
